I Have Touched the Face of the Sun

BIG NEWS, guys. Seriously. As you may remember, Joe Mande and I put together a little parody of the Pick Up Artist last week. Well, all our efforts were validated when I got a YouTube message this afternoon from the one and only Joe D, one of my fave contestants who was eliminated on this past Monday’s episode. (Whoops spoilers.)

Hey guys, great job on the PUA spoof! It’s been the first one I am seen that I have really really enjoyed! If I ever get stuck getting LMR again I’ll remember when going Kino to HJ her and start Ming O! Anyways just wanted to let you know that I loved it.
Joe D.
I once went swimming in a motel pool with Woody Harrelson but this is obviously a much bigger deal for me. Before today, I still sometimes had doubts whether I should pursue a career in the creative arts, but now I am positive I should.
In case you are wondering how I am sure it is the real Joe D, know that I did some very intense detective work and cluemanship. Mostly, watching these videos his Youtube ID posted 6 months ago that feature Joe D’s distinct giggle and dudes doing kinda gay shit. Totally the sort of videos a frat guy who is always “just a friend” and was living in his parents’ basement in a room with no door while they came in at all hours of the day to get potatoes (what?) (he actually said that), while his only real friends were on his World of Warcraft blog, would post. The second one is not safe for work unless you work at an It’s OK To Wear A Cocksock Store.
Joe D, you are the man. Just remember: it is not just a-boot picking up women. It is a-boot changing your life. Don’t feel sore-y for yourself when there is always two-more-oh. Sincerely, Mystery from Canada.
