Happy holiday period, dudes. In case you missed the memo, umami is the new sweet. I was at Monkeytown last night and they have an Umami Martini with caper berries, clam juice, parmesan and other insane umami-flavored goodness. Who doesn’t love the savory taste of protein? No one.
